Hello all and welcome,

It is fantastic to be with you for what I hope will be the first in a return to regular meetings of residents of the Mawbey Brough and Wyvil estates.

In times like these, it is important that we strengthen our communities and look out for each other!

I know that this is already true for many of you. But there is still nothing better, than making new friends and refreshing existing friendships! Small gestures can make a big difference.

So I hope that today can be the start of something special!
It has been great to meet so many of you and see you enjoying yourselves!
